Woodbury Centre Opens Stores

Kohl’s and TGI Fridays have now opened at Woodbury Centre, the new 228,000 sf shopping center located on Route 32 across from Woodbury Common Premium Outlets which is 100 percent leased. According to Eric Hadar, President of Allied Partners, which owns and developed Woodbury Centre, Linens & Things, Staples, Michaels Crafts, Pizzeria Uno and Marty’s Shoes will open before Christmas while Spring openings are planned for Modells Sporting Goods, Resnick Mattress and Scrubs. The 63-acre Woodbury Centre parcel at Exit 16 off the New York State Thruway, at the intersection of Route 17/32 and Route 6, also includes a 150-room fully approved hotel site. Richard B. Kabat of Faison, is directing the development and leasing efforts. The Dagar Group of Fishkill, which is headed by its president, David Livshin, is serving as managing agent for the property.
