The Mexican/Southwestern restaurant, Desert Moon opened an 1,100 sf unit at Woodbury Commons in Harriman. The restaurant is owned and operated by G.A. Moon Development, headed by Glenn Ajmo, a franchisee of Desert Moon Holdings Corp. David Livshin of The Dagar Group of Fishkill represented the company while the Chelsea Property Group owners of Woodbury Commons was repped in house by Brad Cole. G.A. Moon Development has two locations open with thirteen additional sites contracted for. Future site selection for the company will be handled exclusively by Tom Zuber, a partner at Fairfield Retail Partners LLC, Ridgefield Connecticut. Fairfield Retail Partners and Dagar are affiliated companies.
