David B. Livshin, President / CEO
David founded Dagar after a career in the shopping center industry in which he was involved in the leasing, development and management of both strip centers and enclosed malls. With over thirty years experience in commercial real estate, he is responsible for overseeing all day to day activities of the company. Through his efforts and ability to assemble a talented group of professionals, Dagar has compiled an impressive client base which continues to expand the company rapidly in new and exciting directions.
Glen W. Repko, CSM, Senior Vice President
Glen has worked in property management, redevelopment, construction, and site development with some of the largest and most prestigious companies in the industry. Glen was awarded the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) by ICSC. He uses the training and experience gained from over twenty years with these organizations to coordinate the management responsibilities of many of the Dagar properties as well as leasing and repositioning of underperforming assets.
Scott DiCorcia, Director, Leasing & Property Management
Scott has a backround in construction, leasing and property management. He handled specialty retail leasing with one of the regions most successful developers. His knowledge of the Hudson Valley, local relationships and strong people skills assist him daily with his responsibilities at Dagar.
Nadine Azzolini, Executive Assistant
Nadine joined Dagar in 2001. Her prior experience includes Texaco corporate and Putnam Tank Car Corporation. As a Railcar Analyst for ten years she prepared statistical reports and performed audits. At Dagar her responsibilities include preparing monthly management reports, billings and tracking property receivables. She also acts as an Executive Assistant handling coordination of scheduling and follow through on specific issues relating to all Dagar managed and leased properties.
